We identify and shortlist qualified manufacturers matched to your specification, volume and budget, with quotes and capability notes for each.

approve the shortlist, or send us back with revised criteria.
- Verification
Audits and quality checks on your chosen supplier: legal credentials, production capacity, certifications, and confirmation that the bank account matches the registered entity.

approve the factory, or reject it and return to the shortlist.
- Production
We oversee manufacturing from sample through mass production, holding suppliers to the agreed specification and timeline.

- Quality control
Inspections against your written acceptance criteria before anything ships.

FAQ
Do you take commission from factories?
No. We're paid by you, on published rates. We don't accept supplier-side remuneration and we don't mark up factory quotes.
Do I keep the supplier if I stop working with you?
Yes. Supplier contacts are yours.
Who do I pay, you or the factory?
Factory payments go directly to the factory. We invoice separately for our own work. Before any transfer we verify that the beneficiary account matches the supplier's registered legal entity.
What if the goods are wrong?
Inspection happens before shipment, against criteria agreed with you in writing at stage 4. If goods fail, they don't ship. Where a problem is found after release, we manage the claim with the supplier — but our liability is set out in the service agreement, not on this page.
How fast can you start?
A consultation can usually be booked within two working days. Sourcing typically takes 3–7 days from brief to shortlist.
Which languages do you work in?
English, German, Russian and Romanian for project communication. Mandarin for factory-side work.
