White labeling
From €890 per item, typically 3–5 weeks. Price details
White labeling puts your brand on a product a Chinese factory already makes. Nothing is designed from scratch: we take an existing item from the factory's catalogue, apply your logo, and change colour or packaging where it is needed. Product development takes months and tens of thousands of euros. This takes weeks. We are not a design agency. You bring a vector logo; we make sure the factory applies it correctly. The first three stages are ours: a brief call, three to four days finding factories, two to three days collecting terms. Artwork and the sample run on the factory's clock, which is why the total is three to five weeks and cannot be compressed. Two rounds of proofs are included. Factories send logos at the wrong resolution or in the wrong colour more often than you would think, and each round costs days — a third round is billed separately rather than quietly absorbed.

Before you start
- Minimum order is usually 500–1,000 units. A sticker on the factory's stock packaging is typically possible from 50, and your own printed box from 250.
- You need your logo in vector. Without a usable source file the timeline grows and the result on the product looks poor. Have it ready before we start.
- Tooling and print plates are billed separately, at the factory's cost — usually €150–750 per item.
- Three to five weeks is the typical total, and it cannot be compressed. Most of it is making and shipping the sample, and that is not on our side.
